Attacking Clinic

Designed for Incoming 7th, 8th, and 9th grade girls

July 22nd and 23rd from 11:30 - 2pm

Building off of what we do at our Defensive Camp in July we've put together an Attacking specific 2-day camp for players going into the 7th, 8th, and 9th grades.  This camp will be all about offense.  We'll touch on all 3 hitting positions focusing on proper footwork, armswing, and tempo in that order.  The mechanics of attacking effectively require lots of reps for muscle memory and we want to show how to be the most effective hitter possible.  We will be careful not over use the girls arms while we get good reps to help them make the next step in their volleyball game.

DS-Libero Training Camp

Incoming 10th, 11th, and 12th grade girls
July 27, 28, and 29 from 9:30-noon
$150 (includes t-shirt for registrations by July 8th)
8:1 defender/coach ratio
Any 9th graders should have 3 years of experience and be pursuing volleyball in high school.

Want to be your team's Libero or DS?  This camp will take your defensive game to the next level.  At this camp you'll be asked to barrel/shoulder roll, knee drop, collapse, run-thru, midline pass, angle pass, open hand dig, and even try some "one-armed gets".  You'll be challenged to stay on your feet and make that play that you never thought you could.  This camp will be like no other camp you will attend this summer because it's all defense.  If you are a Libero, this camp is for you.  If you want to play all the way around, then you need to add these skills to your arsenal.  The camp will be directed by Jeni Case and Lisa Schaad of Elevation Volleyball Club.

Jeni Case is the head coach at Ursuline Academy and ranks 2nd all-time for career digs in NCAA history (pre-Libero).

Lisa Schaad is the head coach at CHCA and assistant club director of Elevation Volleyball Club.

Lisa and Jeni will be assisted numerous Elevation and High School coaches as well as former Elevation players.  We will have a guest collegiate coach to join us at this camp (Past Coaches: Katie Meyer/Xavier, Chuck Rey/Miami and Phil White/Cincinnati).  The camp will be broken into 6 skill levels during the 3 days so that each group can move at their needed pace.  This camp is not for beginners.
