USA Volleyball Registration for 2019-2020
- Make sure you select ELEVATION as your club when you register
- Please give a copy of your USA Card to your coach

Birth Certificate
If you are a returning Elevation player you do not need to turn in a Birth Certificate. If you are new to Elevation we will need a copy of your daughter's Birth Certificate. We can make a copy for you in the office if needed.
It is highly recommend that our girls review some video modules and training materials that
have been developed by the USA Volleyball Officials’ Commission to aid them in their
refereeing duties at tournaments. These training modules and materials are available at the
USA Volleyball Referee Training website: www.VolleyballRefTraining.com.
1 – There is NO LOGIN, NO USERNAME and NO PASSWORD required. That was last year.
2 – The courses are NOT accessed through the USAV WebPoint system.
3 – NO CERTIFICATE will be emailed, nor is one available after
completing these courses. That was last year’s procedure.
We’re working on the “honor system” in the OVR this year.
